INTRODUCTION
We are able to produce almost everything from aluminum.
We can offer wide range of products - as from furniture leading up to complete aircrafts.
We especially focus on water and air radiators, oil coolers, all aluminum expansion tanks, fuel, oil, water and other tanks.
We guarantee reliability, low weight of and aesthetical effect of all products.

TECHNOLOGY
While running the manufacture we use the best substances available on the market.
With regards to materials, those are aluminum - based alloys especially designed for aircraft production.
While manufacturing all radiators we use the best quality radiators cores Behr that guarantee reliability and the best function possible.
As for the technology itself, we especially use aluminum brazing by aluminum
(we are able to connect materials having at least 0,2 mm thickness),
next procedure is fusion welding in protective sphere of argon, helium and their mixture (TIG).
Particular components are adapted on CNC machine tools due to the request for the high accuracy.
We use the wide selection of pressing and spinning processes for production of single components.
The final surface treatment is provided by powder coating, polishing, anodic oxidation or chromating .
All radiators and tanks are tested under triple operative pressure.

RADIATORS
We manufacture all aluminum radiators suitable for aircrafts, karts,
motorbikes and racing cars. All radiators are made by the same technology that is used by all large-scale producers.
It means no agglutination substitution , no all-welded radiators either copper substitutions.
Due to the use of Behr radiator cores we reach higher efficiency and the same reliability and weight as originals.
Tailor-made radiators are usually made within 1-2 weeks.
We also produce and sell single radiator cores.
Radiator for Rotax 912
Rotax 912 and 582 radiator. Welded and brazed aluminum construction. Radiator core dimensions - 340x120x32(mm). Outside dimensions - 400x170x70(mm). Outlets 25(mm).

TANKS
We produce aluminum tanks of all shapes and sizes from aircraft materials
especially designed to tank production having at least 0,4 mm. Our production
also includes the production of air boxes. Further more we also specialize in the production of
aluminum pipelines for fuel, oil and water distribution. In comparison with hose pipes,
the advantage of these aluminum pipelines is lower weight -50% and higher mechanical, chemical and thermal immunity.

AIRBOX FOR ROTAX 912 - standard
Rotax 912 80 and 100 Hp AIR BOX. Same dimensions as original air box, but lower weight. Welded and brazed aluminum construction (6061 - powder coated). Hot/cold air selection. Mounting kit included. Best quality.
